Outside Already?

North Carolina Christmas

We had a lot of fun having our family Christmas before our "FAMILY CHRISTMAS". It was exciting to watch the kids open gift after gift, their amazement and excitement increasing with each ripped package. It was a special morning ;-) Here are the pictures to show the fun we had!

No. We didn't burn the house down...

Thanksgiving. Yes, we fried a turkey. No, we didn't burn the house down. And when I say "we" fried a turkey I meant Nick and Rob brined and fried the turkey while Andrea and I made the sides, tended to the children, and looked pretty ;-) We all had a pretty good time watching a 26lb bird get zapped in about 45min...it was delicious!
